High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

HDPE, standing for High-Density Polyethylene, is a thermoplastic polymer produced through the copolymerization of ethylene. As a member of the polyethylene family, it is distinguished by its higher density compared to standard polyethylene, which is the origin of its name.
Application Fields:

  • Consumer Goods Packaging: HDPE is widely used for bottles containing shampoo, body wash, detergents, and other daily chemical products.

  • Food Packaging: It is commonly employed to manufacture food containers such as milk jugs, juice bottles, and condiment containers.
